Aaron Edward Perry, age 45, passed away on Monday, November 20, 2023 at Johnson City Medical Center. Aaron was very artistic loving to paint, draw, and sketch, and draw tattoos. He was a recipient of an art scholarship to the Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA. where he attended for 2 years before returning home to Saltville, VA. Aaron loved to cook and loved socializing with his friends on Facebook. He was preceded in death by his father, Philip E. Perry; grandparents, Harlan and Agnes Perry, and Don McCready; and a special uncle, Darrell McCready.

Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Karen Perry; grandmother, Patsy McCready; special aunts, Lori Townley, Daphne McCready; special cousins, Emily Powers, Amanda Pink, Michael McCready, Randy McCready, and Jeremy Roop.

The family would like to extend a special thank the nursing staff at Johnson City Medical Center for the wonderful love and care they showed Aaron, and to his aunt, Daphne McCready for all she has done.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at Elizabeth Cemetery in Saltville, Va. with Pastor Barry Loupe officiating. Family and friends are asked to gather at the cemetery.
