Amanda "Mandy" Callie Blevins, age 38, passed away on Monday, November 25, 2024, at Johnston Memorial Hospital.  Mandy was born on December 2, 1985, to her parents, Douglas and Catherine Trivitt Tuggle.  She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Callie J. and Riley Trivitt; and her paternal grandparents, John and Georgie P. Tuggle; and several uncles.

She was a 2004 graduate of Patrick Henry High School.  She was employed at the Saltville Dollar General Store and was also a School Bus Aid for Smyth County School System.  Mandy Loved her family, and her children were the love of her life.  She always enjoyed watching her son play ball.  She loved her dogs "Feisty" and "Little Miss".   Mandy loved to talk, and she never met a stranger.  She liked owls and sloths.

Those left to cherish her memory is her parents, Douglas and Catherine Tuggle; her partner and love of her life of 8 years, Wayne Barker; sons, David Blevins and Patrick Barker; daughters, Sydney Tedder, Emilie Barker, Ali Barker, and Carolyn Barker; brother, Leonard "Skinner" Trivitt; sisters, Kathy Mason, and Lisa Tuggle; several nieces and nephews, and several great nieces and nephews.

A graveside service for Mandy Blevins will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 29, 2024, at West Cemetery in Marion, Va. with Pastor Terry Frye officiating.  The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 1:30 p.m. Friday, November 29, 2024, at Henderson Funeral Home prior to going in procession to the cemetery.  Those serving as pallbearers will be Douglas Campbell, Christopher Campbell, Daniel Sturgill, Matthew Trivitt, Noah Trivitt, and Josh Tuggle.  Honorary pallbearers will be employees of the Saltville Dollar General Store.
