Audrey B. Doane

Audrey B. Doane, age 70, passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at Johnston Memorial Hospital in Abingdon, Va. She was a selfless person who always wore a smile. She loved all of her family and her world revolved around her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carroll and Irene Doane.

She is survived by her daughter, Starla Doane; four sisters, Ruby Taylor and husband Paul, Rhonda Widener and husband Roger, Patricia Gentry and husband Kenny, and Shelia Doane; five grandchildren, Kylie, Skyler, Brody, Logan, and Bryleigh; and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made towards the funeral expenses.

A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. on Friday, April 7, 2023 at Mount Pleasant Cemetery with speaker Todd Gentry officiating. A procession will be leaving Henderson Funeral Home at 12:30 p.m. or you may meet at the cemetery.
