Bobby Wayne Davidson Saltville, VA Bobby Wayne Davidson, age 83, went to be with his Lord on Friday, July 23, 2021. He was a devoted Christian. He loved his family dearly, especially his grandchildren. He was a retired employee of Brunswick. Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, Soney and Mabel Davidson; father-in-law, Claude Hayton; two brothers, Lewis and Irvin Davidson; and two sisters, Dreama Warren, and Norma Taylor. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Claudine Davidson; his daughter, Lynn Quesinberry and husband Bruce; four sons, David Davidson and wife Connie, Barry Davidson and wife Christy, Jamey Davidson and wife Sue, and Richie Davidson and wife Becky; mother-in-law, Louise Hayton; two sisters-in-law, Linda Brown and husband Charlie, Polly Atwell and husband Cleve; one brother-in-law, Cecil Hayton and wife Peggy; thirteen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren, and one on the way; and several nieces and nephews. The family would like to give a special thanks to Melissa Franklin, Jessica Blackwell, Reta Whitehead, and Cecil and Peggy Hayton. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at 1 p.m. at D.R. Henderson Funeral Home with Pastor Rodney Olinger and Pastor Wade Kestner officiating. The burial will follow at the Elizabeth Cemetery in Saltville, VA. The family will be receiving friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Monday evening.
