Bobby Wade DeBord

Bobby Wade DeBord, age 69 passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2023, at Valley Health and Rehab in Chilhowie, Virginia. Bobby had a heart of gold and loved all of his family and friends. He was very close and had a loving relationship with his late mother, Dorothy Sessor DeBord. Above all Bobby was a Christian who loved to attend church with his church family.

In addition to his mother, he is also preceded in death by his father, Edward "Stump" DeBord; and two uncles, David and Campbell Sessor.

He is survived by his three special cousins, Charlie Sessor, Carol Sessor Weaver, and Ricky Sessor; also, several other cousins and extended family.

A graveside service for Bobby will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at Mount Rose Cemetery with Pastor Bobby Guinn officiating. Everyone is asked to please meet at the cemetery.
