Bonnie Lou Reynolds Boardwine Saltville, VA Bonnie Lou Reynolds Boardwine, age 66, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Bonnie loved the outdoors and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents Banner and Dorothy Reynolds; two brothers, Jay Reynolds and Slemp Reynolds; and one sister, Penny Reynolds. She is survived by her husband, David Boardwine of 46 years; two daughters, Gina Leonard and husband Jeff, and Cathy Baumgardner and husband Brad; four brothers, Fred Reynolds and wife Doris, Bobby Reynolds, Moses Reynolds and wife Mary, and Albert Reynolds; four sisters, Peggy Miller, Naomi Fields, Tinie Campbell, and Ellen Black and husband Roger; three grandchildren, Mason and Gracelyn Leonard, and Chanzy Baumgardner; and several nieces and nephews. The family would like to give a special thanks to special friend and sister-in-law Helen Spencer, and also Mary Ray, Kristi White, Ashley Minton of Hospices Palliative Care. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at 2 p.m. at Henderson Funeral Home with Pastor Fred Reynolds and Pastor Mark Baumgardner officiating. The burial will follow at the Mount Rose Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends from 12 until 2 p.m. prior to the service. Pallbearers will be Jeff Leonard, Mason Leonard, Brad Baumgardner, Billy Sheppard, Bobby Lee Reynolds, Allen Campbell, and Jeffrey Campbell.
