Glade Spring, VA Burnell Lola Gregory, age 72, passed away Thursday, January 21, 2021 at Johnston Memorial Hospital in Abingdon, VA. She was a member of the Highway to Holiness Pentecostal Church, and an employee of Utility Trailer, Atkins plant. Burnell was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Gregory; and parents, Othaniel "Dagger" and Nancy Hayden. She is survived by her children, Pete Gregory (Brenda), Arch Gregory (Dianne), and Missy Gregory (fiancé David Cochran); brothers, Haynes Hayden (Maxie), Doug Hayden (Linda), Hezekiah Hayden, and Enoch "Buddy" Hayden (April); sisters, Sue Taylor, Loretta Gilbert (Jimmy), Jenie Atwell (Bub), Lacy Barker (Coy), and Loudell Gregory (J.D.); grandsons, Hunter Gregory ( fiancé, Brittany Clark), and Cole Gregory (fiancé, Cortney Stone); great-grandson, Waylon Gregory; several nieces and nephews; and her faithful dog and companion, "Banjo". Graveside services will be conduct at 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 25, 2021 at Mount Rose cemetery in Glade Spring, VA with Brother Tracy Puckett officiating.
