Carla Renae Haynes, of Saltville, Va., passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home, on Monday, July 18, 2022. Carla loved Alabama football and made many trips to watch them play. She was a longtime employee of H&R Block in Saltville, Va., and helped a number of clients with their taxes over the years. Carla adored her family and friends and would have done anything to help them. Carla is preceded in death by her father, Carl Eugene Haynes; and her sister, Robin Haynes Kestner. Left to Cherish Carla's memory is her mother, Patsy Borders Haynes, of the home; her brother, Brent Haynes, of Saltville, Va.; her brother-in-law, Laney Kestner; her niece, Amber Smith (Nick), of Prattville, AL., whom she loved very much; more friends than one could count; and her beloved canine companion, Saban.
