Saltville, Va. Carson W. Bordwine, age 85, passed away Saturday, September 4, 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Brooksey Henderson Bordwine; daughter, Jackie Cooper; sisters, Aretta Powers and Melva Jean Warren; brothers, Hank (Bunt) and wife Betty and Hort Bordwine. Carson is survived by his wife, Deslie Bordwine; daughter, Tammy Olinger; sisters, Hilda Davidson of Glade Spring and Madeline Johnson of Chilhowie; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at Mount Rose cemetery in Glade Spring with Pastor Roger O'Quinn officiating.
