Chilhowie, Va. Charles Clifton Neal, age 70, passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at Valley Health Care in Chilhowie, Va. He was preceded in death by his parents, Claude H. and Minerva Bise Neal; and one brother, Everett Neal. He is survived by his brother, Claude Neal and wife Carolyn of Ijamsville, MD; one daughter, Lacey Neal of Illinois, cousin, Susie Hopkins, and many cousins, and friends.
