Chilhowie, Va. Charles Kelly Ratcliff, age 48, gained his heavenly wings on Monday, January 24, 2022 being reunited in heaven with his loving wife, Christine; and his grandparents, Charles and Dorothy Ratcliff as to whom he loved as though they were his parents. He loved working on his vehicles, fishing, dining out, and spending time with his wife of eight years until her recent death. Kelly was preceded in death by his wife, Ivy Christine Price Ratcliff; father, Curtis Minton; grandparents, Charles and Dorothy Ratcliff; and uncle, David Winston Ratcliff. He is survived by his mother, Patsy Jean Ratcliff; one sister, Megan Ratcliff Ellis and husband Richard; aunts, Peggy Ratcliff Kimberlin, and Kathy Ratcliff O'Quinn; uncle, Curtis Thomas Ratcliff; several nieces and nephews; and his special bird, "Angel".
