Saltville, Va. Charles A. Roark "Charlie Bill", age 49, passed away at his home on November 17, 2021. Charlie Bill loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping, just anything nature and growing his marijuana. He loved to cook and spend time with his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ervin and Patsy Roark. Charlie Bill is survived by his daughter, Patricia Roark, and his "furry daughter", special kitty, Star Star; brothers, Rack Roark, Early Roark and wife Donna, Jamie Roark and wife Julie; sister, Marlena Roark; nieces, Casey Bowman, Abby Roark and special niece, Willow French; lifelong friend/brother, Scotty French. A celebration of life service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, November 22, 2021 at Henderson Funeral Home with Pastor Donnie Bailey and Preston Brickey officiating.
