Charles "C.W." Repass, age 89, of Glade Spring, Virginia, passed away at Johnston Memorial Hospital on September 17, 2025. C.W. was a faithful member of Byars-Cobb United Methodist Church, where he lived his life as a devoted servant and example of faith. He was also a proud veteran of the United States Navy and carried that honor throughout his life. He will be remembered for his dedication to his faith, his service to his country, and the quiet strength with which he lived each day.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dewey and Emma Repass; his wife of 63 years of marriage, Nancy Smith Repass; and his sisters, Elvertia Puckett and Geneva Harris.

Left to cherish his memory is his daughter, Sherry Repass and husband Tom Grzybowski; grandchildren, Jameson Repass (Charlotte), and Victoria Braden (Michael); great-granddaughter, Ellie Braden; several nieces and nephews. Brother Russell Repass

A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Friday, September 19, 2025, at Mount Rose Cemetery with Pastor Daniel Garrett officiating. There will be military rites rendered by the United States Navy Honor Guard and the V.F.W. Post #4667. Everyone is asked to please meet at the cemetery.
