Connie Mae Terry, age 75, passed away on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at Bristol Regional Hospital in Bristol, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents, Warnie and Mary Agnes Cruey; her husband, Jim Terry; infant son, James Garland Terry; twin brother, Ronnie Ray Cruey; brothers Donald Cruey, Buddy Bise, Junior Cruey, James Cruey, Charles Cruey; sisters, Ruth Collins and Katherine Johnson.

She loved the Lord and enjoyed listening to gospel music. She loved spending time with her family especially with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Connie is survived by two sons, James "Jimbo" Terry and wife Rachel, and Ronnie Terry and wife Buffy; one daughter, Carolyn Lamie; brother, Tommy Sasey; grandchildren, Bambi Terry, Ashley and Tyler Wallace, Corey Mikulski, Katy and Kyle Dancy, Dakota Testerman, Matt Smith, Lee Smith, D. W. Terry, Sissy Terry, and Nevaeh Terry; great-grandchildren, Mikey and Eli Robbins, Hayley Dancy, and Grayson Robles.

The family would like to thank Wayne Carter and his pharmacy for always going above and beyond to help Connie. They would also like to thank her nurse, Lorna at Bristol Regional Medical Center who selflessly devoted her time and care to Connie.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 5, 2023 at Henderson Funeral Home in Saltville, Va. with Pastor Bob Surber officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 4, 2023 at Henderson Funeral Home.
