Cora Elizabeth "Polly" Roberts Saltville, VA Cora Elizabeth "Polly" Roberts, age 88, gained her heavenly reward on January 11, 2022. She was born on October 6, 1933, to William and Mamie Olinger. She was preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband Rudy; two sisters, Susie Debord and Juanita Sturgill; three brothers, Jim Olinger, Ralph Olinger, and Sam Olinger. Polly was deeply cherished by her family and will be remembered as a strong woman of faith. She is survived by her children, Lynn (Billy) Rabon of Newport, NC, David Olinger (Melinda) of Saltville, Judy Harris (Bill) of Saltville, Terri Evans (Mike) of Hickory NC, and Janie Rickman (Curtis) of Hudson, NC. She had eight grandchildren, Billy (Kim) Rabon, Angela Mason (Brandon) Michael Evans (Erin), Nick Olinger, Josh Olinger, Jason Harris (Amanda), Derek Rickman, Kimberly Hardesty (Zach). She was blessed to have 5 great-grandchildren, Jakob, Lilly, Shaiah, Jayce, and Naomi. She is also survived by her three brothers, Richard Olinger (Mary), Dave Olinger (Lois) John Bill Olinger (Elaine); one sister, Nancy Holmes; other family members that will cherish her memory are Bobby Roberts (Jorita), Elizabeth Roberts, Christine Arnold and Jack Sturgill; and several nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank special neighbors Butch and Janet Bise and the Wythe County Hospice Team. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 15, 2022, with Rev.
