Saltville, Va. Deborah Ann "Debbie" Breedlove, age 54, of Saltville, Va., went to be with the Lord on August 22, 2022, after many years of illness. She was born in Smyth County, Va., on August 15, 1968, to the late Polly Ann Crusenberry and James "J.T." Breedlove, Sr. Debbie was one of the strongest people you could ever meet and was the kind of person to give you the shirt from her very own back. She will be greatly missed, but her family is comforted in knowing that she is home with her mom, whom she sorely missed. In addition to her parents, Debbie is preceded in death by her brother, Jerry Wayne Breedlove. She is survived by her sister, Wanda Griffey (Archie); brother, John Breedlove, Jr.; nieces, Brandi Tolbert, Sally Price, Amber Breedlove; nephews, Johnathan Breedlove, Jeremy Griffey; special great nephews whom she treated like her own children, Matthew Atkins, Tyler Atkins, Skyler Griffey; special great niece, Abbey Poole; many beloved cousins; and many friends. A visitation will be held from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M., on Thursday, August 25, 2022, at the D.R. Henderson Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, August 25, 2022, at the D.R. Henderson Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Lloyd officiating. The committal will take place on Thursday, August 25, 2022, following the funeral service at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery with Bro. Bobby Lloyd officiating. Matthew Atkins, Tyler Atkins, Jeremy Griffey, Derk Griffey, Michael Whitaker, John Breedlove, Skyler Griffey, and Kevin Spiva will serve as pallbearers.
