Deborah "Debbie" Sue Lowery Repass, age 68, passed away on Saturday, February 10, 2024, at her home. She was born on January 19, 1956 in Saltville Virginia. She had a long career at the Bank of Saltville working as a teller. She was a friend to many and always wore a smile. Her greatest joy came from her family. She was a loving wife to her husband, a loving mother, and a cherished grandmother to her grandchildren. Debbie's love knew no bounds, and she treasured every moment spent with her family, and friends,

She is preceded in death by her father, Robert "Bobby" Lowery; and her grandson, James "Jimmy" Carter.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Ronald Repass; her daughter, Leslie Carter; her mother, Minnie Sue Lowery; six siblings, Mike Lowery and wife Bonnie, Gene Lowery and wife Sherry, Bryan Lowery, Kathy Loupe and husband Barry, Julie Romans and husband Chris, and Tammy Kestner; grandson, Marcus Carter; great-grandson, Jaxon Carter; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at Mount Rose Cemetery Mausoleum with Pastor Barry Loupe officiating. The family will be receiving friends at the Mausoleum from 1 until 2 p.m. prior to the service. Everyone is asked to please meet at the cemetery.
