Donald "Little Joe" Lee Rhea Saltville, VA Donald "Little Joe" Lee Rhea, age 77, passed away at his home on Saturday, December 19, 2020. Little Joe was a retired employee of H.S. Williams Construction where he was a foreman and a welder. He enjoyed to hunt and also spend his time around others. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ballard and Rose Rhea; his wife of 48 years, Pauline Taylor Rhea; and one son, Daryl Rhea. He is survived by his son, Kenny Rhea (Sarah Chapman); two daughters, Angela Rhea (Carlton Wagoner), Bridgette Glovier and husband Darrell; eight grandchildren, Ashley and Ryan Pafford, Allyson Rhea, Emily Wagoner, Anthony, Andrea, Jonah, and Owen Rhea; and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be conducted on Tuesday, at 11 a.m. at Mount Rose Cemetery with Pastor Jimmy Taylor officiating.
