Saltville, VA Harleene "Penny" Price, age 75, passed away, Friday, January 22, 2021 at Johnston memorial Hospital in Abingdon, VA. She was the daughter of the late Bill and Frances Davidson, and was also preceded in death by 2 sisters, Shelby Wright and Melody Price; and brother Mac Davidson. Penny is survived by her husband of 53 years, Norman "Franklin" Price; son, Dwayne "Jr." Price (Rhonda) of Saltville; daughter, Rose Whitt (Stacy) of Chester, VA; sisters, Revonda Surber of Saltville, Dreama Minton of Saltville, Connie Davidson of Saltville, Cathy Davidson Miller of Abingdon, and Lois Hess of Broadford, VA; brothers, Billy "Kaiser" Davidson (sandy) of Saltville, and Mike "Boy" Davidson (Tina) of Broadford, VA; 12 grandchildren, Gary Wayne Price, Josh and Jennifer Price, Alisha and Brandon Phibbs, Jarad Price, Katrina and Chris Miller, Stacey "Adam" Whitt, Timothy Whitt, Amanda and Jordan Heineman, Ryan Whitt, Luke, Price, McKenna Price and Josie Price; 9 great-grandchildren, Christian Price, Kandyce, Alexa, Braydon and Bryson Phibbs, Riley Price, Noah, Caleb and Seth Miller; several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at the Elizabeth Cemetery in Saltville, VA. Everyone is asked to please follow the COVID19 guidelines.
