Murray, Utah In my father's house are many mansions. John 14:2 Howard Wayne "Bill" Smith, age 53, passed away at Intermountain Medical Center, Murray, Utah. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Myrtle (Puckett) Smith; two brothers, Phillip and Bud Smith; two uncles, Charles Puckett and Roger (Bud) Puckett; three aunts, Shirley Puckett, Kathleen Harris (Ben), and Susan Frye (Wayne). He is survived by his uncles, Kyle Puckett (Gloria), and Danny Puckett (Jackie); aunt, Brenda Puckett; and many specials cousins that share cherished memories of growing up with him. He chose to be laid to rest in Utah where he lived with loved ones, Ed Cook and a second mother to him, Epifania Cook. A celebration of Bill's life will be held at a later date.
