Janie Pauline Taylor, age 73, passed away on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at Johnston Memorial Hospital. She enjoyed going to church and was a member of Midway Memorial Chapel in Saltville. Janie loved spending time outside and liked camping. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Nellie Jackson; two brothers, Mike and Harmon Jackson; two sisters, Roberta Daney and Lola Brown.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years of marriage, Fullen Taylor; two daughters, Becky Harris and Bobby of Meadowview, VA, Shelia Worley and Danny of Glade Spring, VA; two sons, Wayne and Steven Taylor both of Saltville, VA; one sister, Marie Snead; seven grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Saturday, October 22, 2022, at Henderson Funeral Home with Pastor Roger O'Quinn officiating. The burial will follow at Falls Hills Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 12 until 1 p.m. prior to the service.
