Juanita (Jan) Spradlin O'Quinn, age 80, passed away on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at Valley Nursing and Rehab in Chilhowie, VA. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edgar and Nancy Spradlin; her husband, Wesley O'Quinn; children, Douglas and Deborah O'Quinn; and sister Betty Murray.

Jan is survived by her two sisters, Rita C. Pennington (Larry) of Whitetop, VA, and Brenda S. Ashley of Marion, VA; three grandchildren, David, Gideon, and Tasha; several great grand-children; nieces and nephews; and special nieces, Melinda Lewis of VA, and Sandi Abbott of Ohio.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00p.m. on Friday, September 1, 2023 at Elizabeth Cemetery in Saltville, Va. with Pastor Mike Halsey officiating. Everyone is asked to please meet at the cemetery.
