Marion, VA Lena Ovella Baker, age 64, passed away at her home, Sunday, February 7, 2021. She attended Calvary Baptist Church in Marion, VA. Lena was preceded in death by her father, J.D. Surber; her husband, Steve Baker; niece, Ashley Cline; and great-nephew, Lukas Cline She is survived by her daughter, Heather Davidson and husband Kevin; sons, Brock Baker and wife Stephanie, and Tony Snodgrass and wife Donna; grandchildren, Kelsie Williams, Toni Leigh (Nin) Roberts, Caney Snodgrass, Kadee Davidson, John Davidson, Baylee Baker and Stevi Baker; great-grandchildren, Maleek, Zyonna and Zendaya Williams, Myami and Penelope Roberts; her mother Elsie Surber; sisters, Marlene Allison, Cindy Norris, and Margaret Wilson; brothers, Tim Surber and Nathan Surber; several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at the Allison Family Cemetery with Pastor Mike Halsey officiating.
