Linda Gail Bentley Wyatt, 62, of Damascus, Maryland, earned her angel wings at home on Friday, July 26, 2024, surrounded by Family, after a tough battle with Cancer.

Born on December 31, 1961, to the late Thomas Randolph and Hazel Elizabeth Wyatt in Saltville, Virginia. Linda was the third of five children, sister Patricia (Jerald) Ward of Sharpsburg, MD, brother Thomas (Nykki) Wyatt of Saltville, VA, brother David (Tabitha) Wyatt of Germantown, MD and preceding her in death sister Cindy Wyatt of Saltville, VA.

Linda was the loving mother of three children, Randy (Kelly) Ward Jr. of Sharpsburg, MD, Lester (Veronica) Ward of Damascus, MD, and Lisa (Dakota) See of Strasburg, VA. And the beloved grandmother of eleven grandchildren, Holly, Kayla, Randy, Michael, Jonathan, Bailey, Emma, Christian, Dylan, Cayden and Clayton. She also leaves behind her former husband Buddy Bentley, many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.

Linda loved her family, playing Yahtzee, card games, board games, word puzzles, watching the birds, and trips to Dairy Queen. She was a gentle soul, with a smile that would light up any room. Her love for those around her was limitless. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

The family would like to extend a special Thank you to Frederick Hospice and her friend Rick Kendall.

Graveside funeral services and interment will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 5, 2024, at Rich Valley Presbyterian Cemetery, 3811 Valley Road, Saltville, Virginia 24370. Pastor Don Smith will officiate.

In lieu of flowers the family request a donation in Linda's name to Frederick Health Hospice, 1 Frederick Health Way, Frederick, Maryland 21701.
