Linda Sue Vaught Taylor

Linda Sue Vaught Taylor, age 76, passed away on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, at Valley Nursing Home in Chilhowie, VA. She was a loving wife, mother, and sister. Her family meant everything to her. Linda was a member of Mahanaim United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Dora Vaught; and her husband, Harold "Big Bud" Taylor.

She is survived by her two sons, Bobby Taylor and wife Marcella of Rural Retreat, VA, Eric Taylor and wife Samantha of Clinchburg, VA; her brother, Wayne Vaught and wife Retta of Glade Spring, VA; granddaughter, Kala Abel and husband Michael; four great-grandchildren, Marshall, Kallie, Hunter, and Abby; niece, Gayle Trent; nephew, Daryl Vaught; and her special fur baby, Annie.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 15, 2022, at Mahanaim United Methodist Church with Pastor Mike Dixon officiating. The burial will follow in the church cemetery. A visitation will be held at the church on Friday evening from 6 until 8 p.m.
