Lisa Carol Whitt, age 59, passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at her home surrounded by loved ones. She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Whitt; sister, Tammy Whitt; maternal grandparents, Starling and Myrtle Johnson; and her paternal grandparents, Nathan and Dolly Whitt. Lisa loved driving a truck over the road, watching television, spending time with her friends and listening to rock-n-roll music.

Lisa is survived by her mother, Virgie Johnson Whitt; one son, Cody Whitt and Ashley; brothers, Gary Whitt and wife Lisa Gail, and Richie Whitt; sisters, Janet Cole, Brenda Fritz, and Lori Keesee; granddaughter, Maggie Whitt; several nieces, nephews, and many friends that she loved; special cousin, Mike Taylor and wife Vickie.

Graveside services for Lisa Whitt will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at Mount Rose Cemetery in Glade Spring, Va. with Pastor Isaac Johnson and Speaker Dennis Street officiating.
