Nellie Marie McGhee Taylor, age 68, passed away at her home on December 9, 2023. She was born in Saltville, Virginia to the late Garland McGhee and Nellie S. McGhee. Throughout her entire life she faced many challenges and difficulties, but she always kept her faith. She was a special person who loved and cared for all of her family and friends. She will be missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded by her first husband, Freddie Jones; her second husband, Jerry Taylor; four siblings, Brenda Wyatt, Butch McGhee, Bud McGhee, and Velma Wyatt.

She is survived by her two daughters, Sheree Davis and husband Richard, Ashley Ringley and husband Barry; four grandchildren, Kealee and Kaleb Bowman, and Bryson and Elam Ringley; four siblings, Linda Slone and husband Bradley Kevin, Dolly Sears, Nancy Wright, and Bobby McGhee; one sister-in-law, Connie McGhee; and several nieces and nephews.
