Ona Lee Leonard, age 92, passed away at her home on September 23, 2024. She was a lifelong resident of Bristol Va. Throughout her career, she was a garment seamstress for different garment factories in the Bristol area. She attended Shiloh Freewill Baptist Church and Lime Hill Baptist Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Maggie Shaffer Fleenor; brothers, Clyde Fleenor, and Roy Fleenor; sisters, Helen Abel, and Shirley Patrick; and daughter-in-law, Sharon Leonard.

She is survived by her two sons, Robert "Bob "Leonard, Michael "Mike" Leonard; grandsons, Jonathan "Jon" M. Leonard and wife Hope, Nathan T. Leonard and wife Heather; great grandchildren, Ashton M. Meredith and husband Jordan, Ethan N. Leonard, and Averie M. Leonard; great-great grandson, Sutton J. Meredith; sisters, Geneva Newman, Margaret Murray, Charmie Owens, Clara Cotter and husband Clinton, Linda Cross; brother, Paul Fleenor and wife Judy; several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 26, 2024, at Campground Church Cemetery (19396 Campground Road, Bristol, Va.) with Pastor Scott Price officiating. Everyone is asked to meet at the cemetery.
