Patsy "Pat" Jean Ratcliff Saltville, VA Patsy "Pat" Jean Ratcliff, age 68, departed this life at Valley Nursing Home in Chilhowie, VA. Patsy Gained her wings on Thursday, June 30, 2022, after an extended illness. She was born in Maryland on March 29, 1954, to the late Charles and Dorothy Ratcliff but she spent most of her life in Saltville. Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Henry and Fannie Ratcliff; maternal grandparents, Millie "Jerry" and Mae Wilson; a son and daughter-in-law, Charles "Kelly" and Christine Ratcliff of Chilhowie, VA; and one brother, David Ratcliff of Chilhowie, VA. Left behind to cherish her memory is her daughter, Megan Ratcliff-Ellis husband Richard; two sisters, Peggy Kimberlin of Saltville, VA, and Kathy O'Quinn of Glade Spring, VA; one brother, Curtis Ratcliff and wife Nancy of Saltville; and several nieces and nephews. Patsy will be greatly missed but we as a family have the assurance that she is having the time of her life with Jesus, her parents and her son. Now we know she is completely out of pain. A memorial service will be conducted on Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at Henderson Funeral Home with Rev. Joe Doane officiating.
