Patsy C. Kestner age 78, passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2022 at Johnson City Medical Center. She was a member of Freedom Baptist Church and loved her Lord with all of her heart. Patsy loved spending time with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Benton and Gussie Cardwell; and her husband, Norman "Tony" Kestner.

Patsy is survived by her daughter, Vicki Frye and husband Eric of Saltville, VA; her grandson who was her pride and joy, Cooper Frye; one brother, William "Shank" Cardwell; three nephews, Ricky, Robbie, and Jimmy Cardwell; one niece, Renee Cardwell; several great-nieces and nephews; a special cousin who was like a mother to her, Eva Lester; and special friends, Pastor Barry Loupe and wife Kathy.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at the Elizabeth Cemetery in Saltville with Pastor Barry Loupe officiating. The family will be receiving friends from 12 until 1:30 p.m. prior to the procession to the cemetery.
