Philip Mark Kestner, age 63, passed away on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at Bristol Regional Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Virginia Harris Kestner; brother, Willard Kestner; and sister, Joyce Marie Kestner. Phillip grew up in Saltville, Va. and was a graduate of R. B. Worthy High School. He enjoyed the outdoors and loved to hunt and fish.

He is survived by his daughter, Ashley Kestner; two sons, Jonathan and Jason Kestner; brother, Coy Kestner and wife Kathy of Chesterfield, Va.; several grandchildren, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, May 1, 2023 at Mount Rose Cemetery in Glade Spring, Va. with Pastor Daniel Garrett officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 until 1:30 p.m. at Henderson Funeral Home in Saltville, Va.
