Robert "Rob" David Eastridge

Robert David Eastridge, age 61, passed away on Monday, October 31, 2022. Rob was a supervisor of Food Services at Emory and Henry College for many years. In his free time, he enjoyed playing golf with his friends at the Saltville Golf Course. He also enjoyed fishing and spending time with his friends and family. Rob had a soft spot for his pets and leaves behind a special cat. Robbie was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mattie Smith and Eugene; his mother, Brenda Holmes; brother, Daran Eastridge; and also, his uncles, John Teague, and Robert "Dave" Smith.

He is survived by his parents, Bob and Peggy Eastridge; sister, Tara Galliher and husband Randy; aunt, Patsy Buchanan; uncle, Wayne Eastridge and wife Lou; special aunt, Dolly Smith; several nieces and nephews; and his close friends, Curtis Tuggle, Joey Barker, and Rick Hatfield.

A celebration of life service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Friday, November 4, 2022, at the Mount Rose Cemetery Mausoleum. His final resting place will be beside his brother in the Mount Rose Cemetery.
