Roger Lee Davidson Saltville, VA Roger Lee Davidson, age 71, passed away on Tuesday, August 9, 2022, at his home. He was preceded in death by his mother, Emma Bise Davidson; his wife, Shelby Davidson; grandson, Bryant Lee Greer; and several siblings. Roger was a hardworking, loving father, a dedicated employee of Titan Wheel in Saltville, VA, for 32 years while only missing one day. He had a love for antique lawn mowers and Ford Rangers. He loved spending time with his family and also enjoyed watching wrestling on TV. He is survived by his four children, Mechelle Davidson, Brian Davidson, Amy Davidson, and Kimberly Davidson; one brother, Roy Davidson; eight grandchildren, Kara Call, Zack Greer, Kaylee Greer, Stephanie Chandler, Lance McGhee, Jessica Davidson, Kaitlyn Davidson, and Casey Davidson; four great-grandchildren, Kaiden, Brooklyn, Eli, and Jaxon; and several nieces and nephews; special friends, Mike Smith, Dale Osborne, Ronnie Cahill, Liz Heath, Steve Farris, Dean Sanders, and Melissa and Doug McVey. Funeral services will be conducted at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 11, 2022, at Henderson Funeral Home. The burial will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 12, 2022, at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, with Pastor James Gentry officiating. Dean Sanders, Wayne Armstrong, Chad Archer, Tyler Adams, Jimmy Brown, and Ronnie Cahill will serve as pallbearers. Steve Farris and Doug McVey will serve as honorary pallbearers.
