Saltville, Va. Ronald Shane "Flea" Allison, age 43, of Saltville, Va., passed away on June 24, 2022. He loved his son, Brandon, more than anything in the world. He spent much of his free time in the woods hunting for deer, raccoons, and fishing by the river. He is preceded in death by his fist mother, Rebecca K. Barton; his paternal grandparents, David "Wild Man" and Mattie Allison; his maternal grandfather, Vernon Rodell Barton; his half-brother, Brandon Shane "Little Wolfie" Buchanan; several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is survived by his son, Brandon Isiah Clark Allison; his longtime partner and mother to his son, Regina Clark; his third mother, Rhonda R. Barton; his father, Ronald Clayton "Hairy" Allison; his special stepfather, and role model, David "Wolfie" Buchanan; grandparents, Herman and Chloe James, who Flea called his second mother; his sisters, Sabrina, Tabitha, and Jessica; his brothers, William "Billy" Buchanan and Morgan Buchanan; two nieces; three nephews; several cousins; and many friends. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, July 2, 2022, at the First Christian Church in Allison Gap with Pastor Chuck Harris and Pastor Dale Allison officiating.
