Ronald Clayton "Hairy" Allison passed away in Plant City, FL, Thursday, April 9, 2026 following a brief illness.  He was born December 3,1950 in Saltville, VA, a beloved son to the late David Worley Allison and late Mattie Allison. Including his parents, he was also preceded in death by brothers; David Jr, Mack, Rodney, Dickie, and Tom; sisters, Alice, Pat, and Paige; and son Shane.

Those left to cherish his memory is his daughters, Sabrina, Tabitha, and Jessica; longtime partner Ms. Jean, her daughter Lisa, and granddaughter Harper; brothers, Don, Lee, Roger, and Johnny; sisters, Janie, and Debbie; and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was known for his love of fishing and playing the guitar. A celebration of life will be held at the convenience of the family at a later date.
