Rose Marie Havens, daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend to all, joined her mother and brother, Roy, in her eternal home on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.

Rose loved her family. She knew God, and in that we find comfort. She lived a life of heartfelt love and caring for others. She was lovingly called "my beautiful rosebud" by her mother. Rose's character was of humbleness and meekness. She always placed the care for others above herself. Those who knew Rose were truly blessed.

She leaves behind her daughter, Mary Parrish and spouse, Zack Poston; father, George Edward Havens; sister, Miranda Havens Haga; two granddaughters, Zamara (Sam,Z) and Ava; several uncles, aunts, and cousins; a joyful light in her life, Lee Roy Chapman.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at Henderson Funeral Home with Pastors Doug Haga and Billy Gwinn officiating. Graveside services follow at Mount Rose Cemetery in Glade Spring, VA.

Those serving as pallbearers will be Tyler and Hunter Haga, Billy Carter, Ethan Haga, Christian and Richard Gonzalez.
