Ruth Collins Hayden, 55, passed away on Monday, April 24, 2023. She was a very caring daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She will be remembered through her kindness and gracious heart. She was a member of Northwood Fellowship Church and a 1985 graduate of Patrick Henry High School. She worked at Greendale Assisted Living Home where she lovingly cared for many patients.

Ruth was preceded in death by her parents Ronnie and Helen Collins. Those left to cherish her memory are brother Ronnie Collins and wife Melissa; sister Karen Collins; sister Amy Carter and husband Dennis; several special nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews; and extended family members.

Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at Henderson Funeral Home in Saltville, Va. with Rev. Barry Loupe and Rev. Robert Prater officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 until 7:00 p.m.
