God has called my precious daughter, Tina Michelle Knox home to his kingdom on June 28, 2023. Tina was born on April 7, 1980 on Easter Sunday in Hickory, NC. to mother, Frances Wagner and father, Michael Dean Knox, Sr. She loved dancing and was a jokester. She graduated in May, 1997 from Waccamaw High School in Mully Inset, SC. Tina worked in the health profession as a Nurse's Aide. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Elmer and Irene Moore, and Brodus Knox and Nancy Jean Bryant.

Tina is survived by her mother, Frances Wagner; brother, Michael Knox, Jr.; son, Willie Moore; uncles, Elmer Moore, Jr., Mike Jackson, Sr.; David Knox and Elaine, and Wayne Cox and Lisa of Spruce Pine, NC; aunts, Gail Jackson of Chilhowie, Va. and Cynthia Barnett of Saltville, Va.; her little boy, Willie; and several cousins.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 22, 2023 at Friend's Community Church with Pastor Mike Maiden officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted for funeral expenses.
