Wallace (Gary) Arnold entered into eternity on Saturday, November 4, 2023. He proudly served his country as a fireman with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Franklin D. Roosevelt. Gary was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters; and one brother.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Reda; children, Tim Arnold and wife Stephanie, and Lora Stringer, and husband Wes; grandchildren, Brandon and wife Kayla, Jessica and husband Bruce, Bethany and husband Peyton, Noah and wife Savannah, Elias, and Kendall; great-grandchildren, Landyn, Jaren, Harrison, Worleigh, and Hallace. Gary was blessed with an extended family of neighbors and close friends.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 6, 2023 at Mount Rose Cemetery Mausoleum in Glade Spring, Va. with Pastor Tim Arnold and longtime pastor and friend, Reverend Tom Sullivan officiating. Pallbearers will be family and friends. The family asked that everyone please meet at the cemetery.

The family will receive visitors and celebrate precious memories at the home.
