Waylon Hill Carter, infant son of Melinda Stamper and Scottie Hill. Waylon was born silent, perfect and beautiful, still loved, still missed, still remembered every day, still born, but still born.

Waylon is survived by his parents, Melinda "Mel" Stamper and Scottie Hill; four brothers, Blaine and Ivory Stamper, and Bryson and Ace Hill; one sister, Lilly Hill; and grandmother, Connie Hill.

A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday, November 18, 2022 at Henderson Funeral Home with Pastor Daniel Garrett officiating.
