Saltville, Va. Wilma Rhea Hunt "Nana", age, 75, passed away on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at Johnson City Medical Center in Johnson City, TN. Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of saints (Psalm 1:16). She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Hunt; her parents, Lillian Rhea Roberts and Garnett Rhea; sister Janet Rhea; and granddaughter, Hannah Breanne Roop. She is survived by her son, Randy Hunt and wife Tina; and daughter, Rhonda Roop; grandchildren, Tessa Poston (Tyson), Julia Prater (Justin), Jeremy Hunt (Jessica), and Haley Hogston (Dusty); great-grandchildren, Owen Prater, McKenzie Hogston, Natalie Hogston, Myla Poston, Madox Poston, and Bexley Hogston; sister, Donna Nunley, and brother, Ronald Rhea. Her great-grandchildren were the joy of her life. Nana was greatly and deeply loved by her family. She loved her family and enjoyed taking care of them. She thoroughly enjoyed cooking Sunday dinner every Sunday for whoever wanted to eat. She enjoyed taking care of many children during her babysitting days. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 13, 2022 at Buckeye Hollow Church with Rev. Wade Kestner officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until the time of the service. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 14, 2022 at Mount Rose Cemetery in Glade Spring.
