YOU ARE NOT ALONE
We are here.
Anytime.
If you've not done so, please call us day or night. We will make arrangements to bring your loved one into our care and will set a time for you and your family to come to the funeral home to begin the funeral arrangement process.

LEAN ON US
Rest assured, You are not alone.
Let us express our deepest sympathy for your loss and know that we are here for you and your family during this difficult time.
What to Do When a Death Occurs
Step 1
Contact the Appropriate Medical Personnel
If your loved one passes away at home, call 911 or your hospice nurse first. A death must be pronounced before the funeral home can take your loved one into our care. Once this has been completed, emergency personnel or hospice will typically notify us on your behalf.
Step 2
Reach out to us by phone
Our caring staff is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Step 3
Take Care of Yourself
We understand that this time is the most difficult in anyone's life. Make sure you have the support you need.
Step 4
Meet with Us
After your loved one has been brought into our care, we will contact you to schedule a convenient time to meet and discuss the funeral arrangements. We will also let you know what information and documents, if any, to bring with you.
